CUSTOMER SERVICE

All orders will shipped from The Netherlands. Shipping will proceed by MyParcel with a track and trace code. The regular delivery time is between 1-3 business days (excluding Dutch holidays) from the date of purchase, but the estimated delivery time is depending on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. All shipping prices including VAT.

March The Label is not responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Filled in the wrong shipping address? Please contact us at order@marchthelabel.com as soon as possible, so we can change the address. This is not possible if your order already has been shipped.

PAYMENT

We accept online payment with iDeal, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your card at time of dispatch of the order. March The Label webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Unauthorized persons/Third parties will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction.

RETURNS

March The Label wants you to have an enjoyable online shopping experience. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered items, it’s possible to return the unused products within 30 days of receipt.

SALE ITEMS

Products in sale can be exchanged in a different color or size within 10 days of receipt, provided that they are in new condition. The products has to be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. March The Label does not refund money on products in sale.

EXCHANGES

Products may be exchanged for a different size or color within 30 days of receipt and are based on stock availability. If you want to exchange your item for a different one, March The Label will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item online.

CONDITION

Please notice that all returned items will be inspected upon receipt. It’s important that all products are exactly as you received them. They must be sent back in new condition, unaltered with original tags attached. Returns that are damaged, washed or dry cleaned will not be accepted.

CHECKLIST

March The Label has an easy return procedure. Please let us help you:
1. Send an email to order@marchthelabel.com with the name and size of the item you want to return.
2. Make sure the items are in new condition with original tags attached.
3. Place the items you want to return in the original shipping box.
4. Close the box and tape it securely.
5. Send the package (within 30 days of receipt) to:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned products. We recommend you to use a courier service that ensures your package or sending your package return as a track and trace delivery. In case you use the track and trace delivery; tracking of your package will be possible and waives any doubt that the package has been received by March The Label. However, we don’t accept packages returned by cash on delivery (COD).

Please be noted that we are unable to accept returns for item purchased at other websites or shops.

REFUND

If your order has been sent to a destination in the EU, the refund will include the shipping costs incurred by March The Label. This is only valid if the complete order is returned. Destinations outside of the EU will receive the shipping costs except the customs duties and sales taxes.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund within ten business days to the account you used for the original purchase. Please remember that payments to your credit card always depend on the terms of payment of your bank.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to order@marchthelabel.com. We can only cancel the order if the package hasn’t been sent yet. If it has already been sent, shipping costs will be for your own expendure.
